Oregon recruit. Haley’s glove-work was fun to watch, and he looked the part of a SoCal shortstop with supreme confidence in his hands. While the arm features more average strength, his ability to get to balls with a quicker release helps to alleviate much of that. The right-handed hitter looks to keep his hands inside the ball with an opposite field approach, and as his 6-foot-1, 170-pound frame continues filling out, he should gain a bit more strength.
