12/9/18 - Davidson is a name college recruiters are going to want to remember. Davidson impressed in the two Servite games I saw with his ability to not only square the ball up, but his ability to drive it to all fields allowing him to use his speed on the bases to cause havoc. Had what looked like a big lead before taking off on a hit-and-run getting to third base as the outfielder was arriving at the ball. And while he didn't score on that play, he did on the sac fly on the next pitch. That was an impressive thing to see.

6/12/18 - 5-foot-9, 165-pound, lean, wiry strength that is proportioned throughout his body, twitchy athleticism, muscular, solid, powerful and projectable frame. Ran a 7.03 60. Davidson shows a big arm from the outfield where his throws are accurate with carry from an over-the-top arm slot. The arm is plus potential. Footwork is outstanding as is his body control. Attacks balls in the outfield and plays through them with soft hands and clean exchanges. A present line drive, gap-to-gap hitter, Davidson shows a silent-to-violent approach from a quiet setup before exploding into the ball from a short stride. Uses his hands very well to get the barrel on plane and into the hitting zone where he shows feel for the barrel. Uses the lower hand to drive the knob through the ball and extension. Should see an increase in power with continued maturation and more use of the lower half.
