2-28-16
A 6-foot-1, 210-pound left hand pitcher who delivers from a smooth quick motion.  He gets good balance and stays in-line with the plate through the pitch.  Arm comes over the top and arm speed remains constant on all three pitches.  Fastball works away in the zone and was consistently 78 MPH.  His out pitch is an over the top 12/6 curve at 79 MPH with sharp break.  He finished the day with a 71 MPH change that lives down and away.
8-8-15
6-foot, 190 pounds. Clouthier is your classic crafty left-handed pitcher. Pitched four innings and did not give up any runs. He was voted pitcher with best three-pitch mix at the event. Keeps it simple with his mechanics. Very square to the plate with an over the top arm slot. Fastball sat 72-73 mph touching 74. That was up about 4 mph from last time we saw him. All three pitches have good arm speed keeping hitters off balanced because they are hard to pick up. Changeup came in at 61-62 mph that fades away from right handers. Curveball has 12-6 shape at 60 mph. Ran a 7.86 60
1-25-15
5-foot-11, 185-pound left-handed pitcher makes up for lack of high level velocity with ability to command three pitches. Thick build and will add more height. 68-69 mph fastball delivered from high ¾ arm slot, good rhythm to hand bump, lands in line with home plate. Can get more out of his lower half which will add more velocity.  Lands 51-52 mph breaking ball with 2/8 gradual shape for strikes. 63-64 mph changeup displayed fading action to arm side.
