Aiden Goodson: SS/RHP, (2025) Fairfield Ludlowe, CT. 5-foot-11, 186-pound. (66.8 mph bat speed average). (22.2 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then used a quick stride. Bat speed was efficient, used a loose uphill swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 76 mph; has consistent feet, a natural exchange, and firm hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.67. On the mound, showed a compact arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with consistent arm speed Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Threw his fastball 78-80 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2208; Avg 2169). Throws a 11/5 curveball (64-65) that has gradual action. (Max spin 2200; Avg 2196). Throws a 10/4 slider (69-73) that has late action. (Max spin 2104; Avg 1720).
A young 5-foot-8, 135-pound two-way prospect. In the box, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 77 mph with a (59.5 mph bat speed average) and (19.1 mph hand speed average). He begins in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A short stride initiates a simple flat swing with a good finish. In the infield, Goodson was up to 72 mph on his throws across the diamond, while displaying he has consistent, smooth footwork, a clean exchange, and sure hands. In the 60-yard dash, Goodson recorded a time of 8.03. On the mound, Goodson uses a long, high ¾ arm slot that produces a fastball that sits 67-71 mph (Max spin 2024; Avg 1860) with some late arm side run. The delivery is easy, simple and in line with home plate. Goodson gets to a consistent balance point and lands square with a clean finish.
