Above average during batting practice, the right-handed hitter displayed an exit velocity of 93 mph, Best EV of the day. (78.0 mph bat speed average). (22.9 mph hand speed average). Started in a wide balanced stance with a handsy load, then used a short controlled stride. Bat speed is explosive, exhibits a short simple swing plane and high good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Above average from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 84 mph; showed soft hands, a clean exchange, and athletic feet. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Using a long loose arm action, showed consistent accuracy to the bag from a high ¾ slot. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.16. Above average advanced on the mound, showing quick arm speed he used a long loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle.
