Colin Mitchell: RHP/3B, (2024) Griswold, CT. 6-foot-1, 200-pound physical strong frame. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.85. Raw projectable on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle and a loose moderate arm action while showing quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive up-tempo type pitcher and uses some effort. Displays in line shoulders and a strong balance point. Lands square and hard with an athletic upright finish. Sat with his fastball at 75-79 mph; has arm side control and sinking action with heavy movement. (Max spin 1993; Avg 1845). His 1/7 curveball (67-69) had glove side control and late slurvey action. (Max spin 1833; Avg 1759).  Look for him to continue to climb off the mound.

Colin Mitchell: RHP/1B, (2024) Griswold, CT. 6-foot-1, 200-pound. (63.7 mph bat speed average). (19.7 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced strong stance with a tight load, then used a quick stride. Bat speed was developing, used a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 72 mph; had consistent footwork, sure hands, and a natural exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. On the mound, showing consistent arm speed he had a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 1960; Avg 1781). Has some action on his 10/4 curveball. (Max spin 1692; Avg 1561).

6-foot, 170-pound athletic strong build. Above average during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 84 mph. (66.1 mph bat speed average). (20.8 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was above average, had a short upward swing plane and high finish. Was able to create tons of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. Above average in the infield, displayed a velocity of 74 mph; showed soft hands, a quick exchange, and athletic smooth feet. Fielded the ball out front with average movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a short quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Clocked a time of 7.55 in the 60-yard dash. 

Exit Velocity: 84 mph

Arm Velocity: 74 mph

Colin Mitchell: 3B/SS, (2024) out of Griswold, CT. is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound infield prospect. During batting practice, Mitchell recorded an exit velocity of 86 MPH, with a (66.07 MPH bat speed average) and (21.52 MPH hand speed average). Mitchell starts in a balanced, athletic stance with a short load. An uphill swing plane and a pull side approach produced a lot of line drives. In the infield, his best throw was recorded at 72 MPH, while showing sure hands, consistent feet, and a clean exchange. During the event, he also recorded a 60 time of 7.63.

5-foot-10, 170-pound ['sturdy', 'athletic']. Projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 85 mph. Starts in a wide crouched stance with a smooth arm bar load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was explosive, showed an upward swing plane and high finish. Created loud contact and found some barrels. Gap to gap approach. Projectable in the infield, his best throw was registered at 70 mph; has raw hands, average feet, and a quick fluid exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. From a ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the base with a short arm action. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 8.03. Showed well for a young 2024, potential to hit.

Exit Velocity: 85 mph

Arm Velocity: 70 mph

Sixty-Yard Dash: 8.03
