Connor Brill: LHP/1B, (2026) Staples, CT. 6-foot, 175-pound athletic long build. Projectable advanced on the mound, showing quick arm speed he had a long loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Stretch only tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses some effort. Has a strong balance point with downhill in line shoulders. Lands square and hard with an athletic balanced finish. Threw his fastball 76-78 mph; showed arm side control and sinking late action. (Max spin 2290; Avg 2063). Threw a 11/5 curveball (64-68) with glove side control and slurvey tilt action. (Max spin 1996; Avg 1871). Showed fading swing and miss action and arm side control on his changeup (71-72). Big time projection, advanced left-handed pitcher.

Found some barrels with loud contact. Line drive up the middle approach. Above average while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 73 mph; has soft hands, a twitchy exchange, and athletic smooth feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a loose longer arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 7.4. Above average projectable on the mound, had a high ¾ arm angle and a long loose arm action with quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Has a strong balance point and in line downhill shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 77-79 mph and topped out at 80 mph; has sinking action and arm side command with heavy movement. (Max spin 2477; Avg 2291).
