10.14.18

5-foot-9, 130-pound, longer, athletic frame. The shoulders are rounded has room for added weight. A right-handed hitting catcher, at the plate, starts slightly open, feet wider than shoulder width. The hands are super loose and relaxed, bat starts in more of a flat position. For timing uses a simple pick up and put down with stride foot, hands have separation from frame, stay back on foot strike. The swing is super short, hands stay inside the baseball, flat through the zone and looks to drive the baseball from field to field. The backside lower half could be engaged more, pushes and leaks forward a tick. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 71 mph and ran a 7.85 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, the arm is quick and clean from behind the plate. The arm action is a tick longer, its fluid and works out of a higher slot. The arm was clocked at 66 mph, with a pop time of 2.34-2.38. Looks to stand up, could stay lower and gain more ground. The front side glove, could stay stronger and track longer to target, should help with velocity and carry to throws. The hands look to be soft on the catch and moved well behind the plate receiving. Strength is a must, will aid in all parts of hs game. The ability to swing and letting his hands work, is advanced for his age.

Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.85

Exit Velocity:  71 MPH

Arm Velocity: 66 MPH
