11/2/16

6-foot, 170-pound, wiry strong, a fast twitch athlete. The hands and legs have strength and quickness to them. The athleticism is his best tool, attended the Future Games this past summer, continues to impress. Timed in the 60 yard dash at 6.75, has a great kick and runs with ease. Pop times were consistently at 1.9, throws are online and downhill. The arm action is very short, quick and has fluidity to it, clocked at 79 mph, with more in there. Receiving the baseball, the hands work, could catch the baseball out front slightly more. The setup is low and very relaxed and flexible. At the plate, hits from the right side, has simple approach, balanced throughout. The swing is level through the zone, barrel stays in there a good amount of time and finishes it with two hands. The tee exit velocity was 86 mph. Big time athlete, getting recruiting by multiple division one schools.

8/5/16- Future Game Report

6-foot, 170-pound,  a huge surprise at the future games. The frame is wiry strong, extremely athletic, has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed hitting catcher, the catching skills are advanced. His feet and arm are his best tools. The feet are extremely quick and footwork and hands work well together. The arm action is short, clean and extremely quick. The arm was clocked at 80 mph and pop times were 1.87-2.01. At the plate, the stance is simple and balanced throughout the swing. The hands are loose, has a small bar out, easy fix with reps. Ran a 7.24 60 yard, was 4.50 on a ground ball in game and was 4.90 on turn on a double. On the weekend, collected a single and double in 9 at bats, made solid contact. High level catch and throw guy.
