1/18/21

5-foot-9, 160-pound, strong, solid athletic frame, a twitchy athlete. Once again, showed well on both sides of the field. Defensively, has plus hands, real good flow and actions. The arm action is short and clean, quick release, clocked at 77 mph. Can pick and spin it from both sides of the bag, is advanced. At the plate, shorter stance, feet are even, hands are loaded at the shoulders, with bat tilt. The swing is short, quick to the ball, hands are inside the baseball. The approach is line drives to all fields. The exit velocity was 82 mph and ran a 4.52 down the line. Love the feel defensively.

5-foot-9, 160-pound, wiry strong athletic frame. A right-handed hitting middle infielder. At the plate, sits in a small crouch, slightly open, hands held higher, with tilt to them. The lower half is under control, gains ground, swing is short to contact, hands are inside the baseball, with an all fields approach. Could stay through it a tick longer, had an exit velocity of 81 mph.  Took a solid round of batting practice, an average runner, ran a 7.22 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, shows plus actions and movements, moves well laterally, good jumps and reads. The glove is soft out front, clean quick exchange. The arm action is short and clean, working from a 3/4 slot, clocked at 77 mph. An above average defender.

1/20/20

5-foot-9, 160-pound, solid, strong athletic frame, well proportioned with strength throughout. A right-handed hitting middle infielder, worked off the mound as well.  The top tool is his overall athletic ability, runs well above average, ran a 4.16 from home to 1st. At the plate, starts slightly open, feet are at the shoulders. The hands are loose and relaxed, tilted setup with bat. Looks to keep the hands inside the baseball, approach is more middle of the fielding, line drives. Solid round of batting practice had a tee exit velocity of 76 mph. Defensively, shows to have plus actions with flow. The hands are super soft out front on the catch, feet move throughout. The arm action super clean, short, clocked at 77 mph. Showed feel on feeds and turns from both sides of the bag. Off the mound, slower deliberate delivery, easy athletic lift. The fastball touched 76 mph, located to both sides of the plate. Showed a small curveball at 64-65 mph, with feel for a changeup at 62-64 mph. Times to the plate were at 1.55. A strike thrower, could help out of the bullpen. Solid follow as a position player.

Tee Exit Velocity: 76 mph

Arm Velocity: 77 mph

Home to 1st: 4.16
