6-foot-5, 210-pound, very large wide, strong athletic frame. The shoulders are squared off, a well proportioned athlete, has room to add on, will be very physical at some point. A right-handed hitter, hands are set at chest high are loose and relaxed. The lower half is slightly open, uses a small leg kick and gets back to even when stride foot strikes. The approach is more gap to gap, tries to stay in the middle of the field, swing is level to up, has lift at the backend of the swing. Showed above average power, the tee exit velocity was clocked at 82 mph. In game swings were good, collected a double to the gap, runs ok, was clocked at 7.28. The head and eyes move at times during the swing, could slow everything down a bit. Defensively, has soft hands and footwork is good around the bag at first, feet are clean in starting the double play. The arm action is clean and quick on the backside, works out of a natural ¾ slot, was clocked at 84 mph across the diamond with plenty of life to it. Played third in the game, moved well to the glove side, feet and hands worked well together. Big time sleeper in my opinion, game will climb with more experience.
