The Mitchell College Commit is a 6-foot, 150-pound middle infield prospect. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 90 mph with a (68.4 mph bat speed average) and (22.3 mph hand speed average). Chiulli begins in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A short stride initiates a simple, flat swing that stays on plane a long time. During his round, his hand speed and gap to gap approach were on display as he made a lot of loud contact. In the infield, he was up to 80 mph on his throws across the diamond while showing consistent, smooth feet, sure hands, and a clean exchange. During the event, he also recorded a 60 time of 7.05.

Begins in a tall athletic stance with a small compact load, then uses a controlled stride. Had a simple level swing plane, electric bat speed and high finish. He found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Advanced in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 77 mph; shows a twitchy exchange, quick fluid feet, and next level hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. From a ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a quick arm action. Clocked a time of 7.31 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, curveball (68-69 mph),changeup (65-66 mph). Sat with his fastball at 74-75 mph. (Max spin 1959; Avg 1866).

5-foot-10, 150-pound lean and athletic. Above average at the plate, Chiulli recorded an exit velocity of 86 mph. Began in a tall open stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was above average, showed a short level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Through the round he found some barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Above average in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 76 mph; showed quick fluid feet, soft hands, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed consistent accuracy to the base with a ¾ slot and a short arm action. Clocked a time of 7.21 in the 60-yard dash.
