The Mitchell College Commit is a 6-foot, 150-pound middle infield prospect. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 90 mph with a (68.4 mph bat speed average) and (22.3 mph hand speed average). Chiulli begins in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands set just off the back shoulder. A short stride initiates a simple, flat swing that stays on plane a long time. During his round, his hand speed and gap to gap approach were on display as he made a lot of loud contact. In the infield, he was up to 80 mph on his throws across the diamond while showing consistent, smooth feet, sure hands, and a clean exchange. During the event, he also recorded a 60 time of 7.05.

From a ¾ slot, showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a quick arm action. Clocked a time of 7.31 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, curveball (68-69 mph),changeup (65-66 mph). Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed consistent accuracy to the base with a ¾ slot and a short arm action. Clocked a time of 7.21 in the 60-yard dash.
