6-foot-1,195 pounds, broad shoulders capable of holding strength, athletic, and durable. Looks the part of a catcher. Ran a 4.66 home-to-first. With even feet and hands, Stone has some pop at the plate, with present gap-to-gap power. Collected two doubles and a single during gameplay. His hands are loose and work at the letters, driving right through the ball. The lead leg is angled with a small step into the ball. At times, he can get too far out in front with timing, but showed an ability to adjust mid at bat. Recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph off the tee. He made consistent hard contact during his batting practice rounds. Defensively, Stone was clocked at 69 mph out of the chute to go along with a pop time range between 2.06-2.10. Quick and clean actions into throws from home, a number of which were right on the bag. A promising receiver, Stone has soft but strong hands. Showed a rapport with pitchers during games. Overall, Stone has the bat and the defensive chops to play collegiate ball somewhere in 2019.

Home-First: 4.66

Exit Velocity: 88 MPH

Arm Velocity: 69 MPH
