Robert Stanford: OF/1B, (2023) East Hampton, CT. 5-foot-9, 165-pound athletic strong frame. Above average in the box, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 87 mph. (70.8 mph bat speed average). (22.3 mph hand speed average). Began in a wide balanced stance with a compact load, then used a short stride. Bat speed was above average, showed a short an inside-out swing plane and good extension on his finish. Created tons of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Advanced in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 75 mph; showed soft hands, a clean exchange, and quick feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a ¾ slot with a long loose arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.96.

Had loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap line drive approach. Fluid his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 74 mph; has quick fluid feet, a twitchy clean exchange, and soft consistent hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a longer loose arm action and a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.87.
