6-foot-2, 200-pound mature physical athletic frame. Above average during batting practice, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 88 mph. Started in a wide stance with a controlled load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed was explosive, showed an upward swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach.Athletic in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 79 mph; had fluid footwork, soft hands, and a clean exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a ¾ slot with a short arm action. During the event,recorded a 60 time of 7.56. Above average on the mound, showed quick arm speed with a ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses easy effort. Balance point is tall with even shoulders during delivery. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Slider 68-70 mph. Sat with his fastball at 75-78 mph; has arm side control and sinking action with heavy movement. Showed command low in the zone and fading action on his changeup 73-74mph. Projects for me off the mound, look for the velocity to jump wit such clean arm action.
