CT. 6-foot-1, 200-pound mature physical build. Advanced at the plate, the right-handed hitter's 94mph exit velocity ranks him 2nd at the event. (66.41 mph bat speed average). (20.00 mph hand speed average). Starts in a narrow athletic stance with a smooth rhythmic load, then uses a controlled toe tap stride. Bat speed was explosive, displayed a simple upward swing plane and high good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach.Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 73 mph; has soft hands, quick fluid feet, and a clean exchange. Above average his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 79 mph; has aggressive feet, sure hands, and a quick exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a ¾ slot and a short loose arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 8.0. Projectable on the mound, used a loose clean arm action and a ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Stretch only up-tempo type pitcher who shows easy effort. Tall balance point with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Slider (65-68 mph). Threw his fastball 75-78 mph; has control down in the zone and running sinking action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2007; Avg 1930). His 1/7 curveball showed glove side control and late slurvey action. Has fading action and arm side command on his changeup (73-76).
