FIU commit. Athletic frame at 5-foot-11, 186 pounds. Short and loose arm action with action accurate throws with above arm strength with 88 velo across the infield.  Soft hands with fluid and quick footwork with clean exchange on plays. Balanced setup at the plate with smooth load and strong lower half. Level bat path and gap to gap hitter and pull side power with above average bat speed with 93 exit velo. As a RHP has ¾ arm slot and stays low in the zone with all pitches. Fastball 86-89 mph, curveball 70-71 with depth, slider 76-77 and changeup 72-73. Commands all pitches and fastball arm speed on off speed. Stays in line to home with delivery and repeats mechanics. Struggled with command at times, but has a high two-way ceiling. 

 

06/23/18- Uncommitted. 5-foot-11, 178 pounds he has a strong, athletic frame. Offensively, he works this rhythm and a leg kick trigger. Clears the backside well with loose hands. A simple, repeatable swing that hands natural leverage. The hands work independently and shows potential to have above average hit tool. The athleticism also plays well defensively. Quick first step, while working under control. Hands funnel into the frame and could see being an above average second baseman as well as the ability to play short and third.  

8/18/17 - Athletic 5-foot-9, 160 pound SS/RHP. Offensively, he hits with a medium leg kick. He creates quality rhythm, stays on time and level. Drove line drives up the middle during batting practice. Defensively he is rangy and light on his feet. With a quick first step, his hands are sound and gets rid of the ball quickly and accurately. On the mound he has a quick arm and throws from a high 3/4 slot. There is some effort and tends to swing the lower half open losing some of his strength. The fastball worked 78-80 while also throwing a 70 mph curveball and a 70 mph changeup.
