07/14/18- Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-11, 175 pounds with a physical, athletic frame and strong lower half. Showed range in centerfield during gameplay when he ran a ball down for an out deep in the right-center field gap. Has a short, quick arm and topped out at 83 mph. Offensively, he shows a strong and balanced lower half. Really clears the back side and stays balanced throughout, while sinking into the lower half, creating a natural uphill path. There is some quickness in the hands to go with present strength. Shows gap-to-gap power and an exit velocity of 85 mph. Translated to the game where he had a hard hit single.
8/18/17 - Scriber has improved both his 60 time to 7.07 and his throws from the outfield at 83 mph. He has a strong lower half and the bat is what shows the most potential. He is aggressive with an uphill path. Wide base and uses a lot of the lower half well. He has some present loft and will have a chance to hit for more power to the pull side in the future.
06/28/17- The 5-foot-11, 175-pound outfielder ran a 7.6 60 yard dash. From the outfield, he come through the ball well with accurate throws, topping out at 81 mph. The left handed hitter, starts from an open stance and works closed to a wide base. Uses the lower half well and stays connected to upper half, creating a short path to the ball and slightly uphill path. Showcased some present pull side power, with an aggressive swing that should see more power with added strength. The swing works and will have a chance to be an above average hitter with power potential.
