Offensively, he works in rhythm with a leg kick trigger. He creates present bat speed and was on the barrel in all three at-bats where he lined out all three times. Created above average bat speed and strength with exit velocity of 89 mph. The swing is simple and level and the present bat to ball skills should translate to the next level.

8/18/17 - 5-foot-9, 170 pound right handed hitting catcher has a short, level swing. He gets a quality load, and has some present bat speed with a level, line drive path. Defensively, the stocky catcher has quality receiving action. His best pop time was 2.02 and will continue to improve as the catch to release improves. Has present all around tools to watch going forward.
