Lot of focus has been on the McCallie arms heading into the season, but Hewitt was a middle of the order guy with pop and offensive production. The Army West-Point commit is prepping for his senior campaign and will handle duties at 3B. The Blue Tornadoes will need him to lead the offense yet again as they look to improve upon their final four appearance last year.

Positional Profile: 3B/1B - Uncommitted
Body: 6-foot-2, 190-pounds. Tall frame with strength throughout. Matured but still room for added weight.
Defense: Chops feet and breaks down on time. Fields to throw for quick release.
Arm: RH. INF - 87 mph. Short to long. Comes over the top with true spin and plenty on the throw. Accurate to the bag.
Hit: RHH. Wider stance. Weight back with hands above shoulder. Utilizes a toe tap to stay behind the ball. Fires the hips and shows a fast strong swing with a level bat path.
Power: 96 mph exit velocity.
Run: 7.64 runner in the 60.

Body: 6-foot, 185-pounds. Large, strong bodied, athletic frame.
Defense: Stiffness on finish, corner guy, soft hands, active footwork. 
Arm: RH.  INF - 82 mph.  3/4 arm slot, short/quick arm action, arm works.
Hit: RHH. Tall, wide setup, toe tap stride, strong/quiet hands, silent barrel. Compact swing, works directly to baseball, lift on contact, baseball jumps off barrel, above average bat speed. 
Power: 97 mph exit velocity. Projectable power to pull side gap.
Run: 7.28 runner in the 60.
