9/8/18 - Standing at 5-foot-10, 150 pounds, Rubio is a twitchy athlete who came through the ball well in the outfield and throws showed some carry and were accurate, topping out at 84 mph. Offensively, he stands upright and trusts his hands through the zone. Hands worked loosely and produced consistent line drives. Will improve with added strength, exit velocity was 81 mph, but showed a feel for the barrel.
