3/29/16 - Kent St recruit. 6-foot, 160 pound infielder with a loose lean athletic projectable body. Loose easy actions with quick soft hands and light feet. Average type arm with plenty for that position. Good routes to ball. Can charge ball and throw from different arm slots. Good reads with average range. Should be an offensive SS/2B at the college level. Loose quick bat with good hitters hands. Stays inside ball well and can drive ball in both gaps. Aggressive approach. Power will come with added strength.
08/20/15- Committed to Kent St.
6/23/15 - 5-foot-9, 160 pound middle infielder with an athletic live body on a medium size frame. More of an offensive guy but showed very good actions with soft hands. Light on his feet with sound fielding mechanics. Has enough arm for the left side of the infield but more of a second basemans’ arm. Lacks ideal range for short stop but can make all of the routine plays and plenty of bat for third base. Short quick stroke with good hitters hands and a very good approach. Gap to gap type, doubles hitter with average ML power. Front side stays on ball well. Hands stay inside ball with a good path. Uses the whole field. Advanced young hitter. Aggressive on the bases with pretty good speed. Has good first step quickness. Ran a 6.84 60. 89 mph exit bat speed velocity. 81 mph infield velocity.
6/14/15- 6 feet 155 pounds with a lean, athletic body that has room to fill out. Quick, light feet in the field with soft hands. Somewhat stiff arm action with a fringy ML arm across the diamond. At the plate he doesn’t get much of a separation and there is some effort in his swing but he has a nice swing plane that produces consistent line drives.
3/5/15 - 5-foot-11, 170 pound outfielder with a loose avg sized athletic body. Good actions in the outfield with a close to avg arm and avg type range. Will have to move to a corner down the road. Made an over the head diving catch in the outfield today. Has a loose quick bat with a good path and a very aggressive approach. Good bat speed that will continue to improve with added strength. Good hitters hands. Stays inside ball and can drive ball to both gaps. Appears to be a close to avg runner.
