6/27/16- Central Florida recruit. The 6-foot-3, 170-pounder has a high-3/4 arm action that produced a fastball ranging from 86-88 touching 89 on several occasions. When he got fully extended he had sink and late life to the fastball and located down in the zone to both sides of the plate. Sinclair showed a curveball that ranged from 68-70 mph and a changeup at 77 mph. Sinclair is still noticeably thin with plenty of room to grow and has continued to uptick in velocity each time he has been seen.
