08/20/17- Stands at 6-foot, 150 pounds with room to fill out his frame. On the mound he throws from a slot with a simple, repeatable delivery and big leg kick on his front foot. Stays balanced throughout his windup but at times can fall off to the first base side on his follow through. Fastball sat in the 77-78 mph range along with a 65-66 mph curveball that showed some shape and a 69-71 mph changeup. Look for an uptick in velocity as he continues to fill out his frame.
01/08/17- The 6-foot, 150 pound LHP has a lot of room to continue to grow and fill out. He showed a clean arm action with a fastball that ranged from 76-77 mph. He tends to have a slightly weak front side and could utilize his lower half more. Doing those things, he will have a jump in velocity. He also showed a 62-64 mph curveball and a 70 mph knuckleball. There is a lot of potential and will be a young arm to follow.
