3/17/15 - North Carolina commit. 6-foot-5 230 pound senior with a solid build and great presence on the mound. Threw a 5 inning perfect game against Braden River - 5 IP, 7 Ks. He has a very smooth, fluid, over the top ¾ delivery that is easily repeated. Has long and loose arm action, throws fastball on a downhill plane and commands both sides of the plate. Hammered both corners and the bottom part of the zone all night long. His breaking ball was his most impressive pitch of the night, was able to spot his breaking ball and throw it for a strike or bury it down in the zone when he had two strikes for a swing and miss pitch. His breaking ball had hard, sharp, downward movement on it kept hitters off balance all night with this two pitch mix. Showed a little bit of a change-up but really only needed two pitches all night, was dominant on the mound.

10/30/14 - Big body with a loose live arm. 3/4 arm slot with a loose quick arm. Gets over front side consistently and throws a lot of strikes. FB 86-91 with life. CV is 74-76 with 3/4 tilt and occasional depth. Commands FB and throws breaking ball for strikes. CHG is still a work in progress but has feel. Slows down to throw it at 80-81. Could be a 2015 draft.
