5-foot-10, 175-pound physical athletic build. Solid during batting practice, Gutierrez clocked an exit velocity of 91 mph. (66.82 mph bat speed average). (19.65 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled slow load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed was quick, showed a loose uphill swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Solid while in the infield, made throws up to 70 mph; has sure consistent hands, a natural clean exchange, and rhythmic fluid feet. Laterally, movements were raw and fielded the ball out front. Showed decent accuracy to the bag with a high ¾ slot and a compact arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.08.
