5/24/15 - Tall blocky strong body with strength and quickness in swing. Has a good path with good hand eye. Stays inside ball well and has power to all fields. A very smart hitter that makes adjustments during each at bat. Good hitting instincts with no fear. Excellent 2 strike approach. Should be a draft but could be tough to get out of Vandy.

5/20/15 - Big strong blocky body. Has a lot of strength and quickness in his hands with a good approach. Has a good path and stays inside the ball well. He is already starting to get to a lot of his power because of his approach. Showed power in BP but hit a moon shot to right center in the game. I was impressed with his ability to manipulate the barrel even when he was off balance. Will also hit for avg.

2/21/15 - Vanderbilt commit. 6-foot-3, 205 pound third baseman with a blocky strong athletic body. Power bat with decent actions at third base. Huge home run half way up the left field light tower for an early 1-0 lead.

2/12/15 - Vanderbilt commit. 6-foot-3, 205 pound third baseman with a strong blocky athletic body. 2 for 3 today with 2 hard hit line drives. The first of which drove in a run (line drive to LCF); the second one hit right at a leaping third baseman.  Made one error, but rebounded to make the routine plays, one a nice play to his right.  Feet are a little heavy, but hands and arm will play.  Outstanding work ethic gives him a chance to stay at third base.

 
6/26/14 - Infante was one of the more impressive players at the plate during USA Baseball's Tournament of Stars, despite a slow start. He went 1-for-7 with four strikeouts in the first two games, but finished strong with a 3-for-7 performance that included a double and home run. Infante has a strong frame at 6-foot-2, 205 pounds. He has sound mechanics at the plate, keeping the bat through the zone with a direct path and good bat speed. He also has a strong arm that plays at third base.
