08/16/17- Marin may not jump off of the page with tools, but over the course of the weekend he still stood out. He is a very sound defender and would be an above average defensive third baseman. Offensively, he consistently found the barrel in the game. He has a strong lower half and some present bat speed. He is a ballplayer and seemed to be in the right place at the right time and consistently put quality swings on the ball.
