06/11/17 - A stocky, athletic outfielder with a strong lower half. He showed a short, level, left-handed swing with an advanced feel for the barrel. Shows an above average approach and looks to move well in the outfield.
10/23/19: Rosario impressed once again with a plus bat. The Miami commit put up good at bats all day long for St Johns River and left the yard in his last at bat for the cherry on top. Rosario has been on of the best hitters this fall and it will be interesting to watch him this season. With a spread out stance for balance, his length still keeps him tall on the backside to to stay still and short.
9/27/19: Rosario was one of the better athletes in attendance over the past weekend. The lefty two-way player shows tremendous potential at the plate and on the mound, although it seems like he could stick more in the outfield with his power bat and athletic frame. However, It would be hard to look past that arm as he sat low 90s and touched 93 mph on the mound and is up to 97 mph from the outfield. At the plate, Rosario showed very quick hands with strong wrists and forearms as he had no trouble turning on balls to the pull side gap with the ability to get the ball out of the park to all parts of the field. He had one of the better swings of the weekend and if he can stay consistent he might make a name for himself this spring.
