Threw a strong game where he mixed up his pitches well, featuring a fastball that sat 87-88 mph, touching 89 several times that showed run along with a 72-76 mph curveball and a 79-81 mph slider that showed depth. Skinner can still add to his frame and should see another jump in velocity at the next level. Will be a quality late 2018 add for a program.

03/22/17 - The uncommitted RHP/1B was solid on the mound the day before going a complete game against a solid Olympia team allowing no runs while striking out four. He located an 84-86 mph coupled with a slider at 76 mph and a cutter at 81 mph. A projectable frame, he will be an interesting follow on the mound. At the plate against American Heritage, he showed a feel for the barrel with two hits and a run batted in.
