The strong right hander shown the ability to get a lot of swing and miss on a heavy fastball when in the zone at 84-86 mph. The fastball has late life and as he learns to continue to get quality extension and trust his stuff, the velocity will continue to jump and the command will continue to improve. Also, showed a feel for a 73-74 mph curveball and a 75-76 mph fading changeup. The quarterback for his football team is strong and athletic and will continue to make big strides as he logs innings on the mound.
