Offensively, he hits from an upright stance and slightly open with a level path through the zone that created consistent contact, with gap-to-gap potential during batting practice. As Carroll continues to add to his frame and get stronger, he should see a jump in power. Shows some present strength at the plate which was shown in the cage where he registered a 91 mph exit velocity. From the outfield, he takes aggressive routes to the ball and fields it out in front with his throws topping out at 73 mph to the bag. Clocked in at 7.87 seconds for his 60 yard dash time.
