03/03/18- Pepperdine recruit. Athletic frame, throws from a 3/4 slot. The fastball worked mostly 86-89 mph with some late life. Worked consistently down in the zone. The slider has sweeping action at 71-73 mph. Also showed a feel for a fading changeup he threw at 78-79 mph. He leaks the front side at times, but his athleticism lets him get extended and stay consistent with his release point. The arms works freely and has some whip There is present feel to pitch and with added strength will see jumps in velocity in the future.
