Uncommitted 5-foot-11 170-pounds. Short, stocky back stop with some pop in the swing. Miele has always been solid behind the plate, but is really starting to come alive with the bat. He will be one of top uncommitted catchers in the class headed into the summer. He starts the swing slightly open, and does a really good job getting into the power position in the load. His hands and hips are explosive and nearly had a back side home run that landed at the bottom of the wall for a triple. He will be a key piece for the Bears as they head into the playoffs in one of their best seasons to date.
