Uncommitted. Moon got the start in Game 2 and made the most of his opportunity. He shows a mature approach at the plate with the ability to spray the ball to all fields. In his first at-bat, he worked a long count and won it with a laser off the wall in left-center field. He slows the game down and doesn’t try to do too much with two strikes. In his second at-bat, he got the bat head out front and smoked a ball over the right field wall for a solo home run—he was out of the box immediately and rounding first as it left the yard. Plays the game with tons of energy and is always looking to make winning plays for his team. He also shows a solid glove with the ability to play multiple positions defensively. He brings a spark to the lineup and gives quality at-bats every time he steps in the box. Expect Moon to continue making an impact when his name is called throughout these playoffs.
