Bevill State CC commit. Langford looked the part out of the lead-off spot for the Lions as he came through with a pair of pull-side doubles. Tons of athleticism and sneaky strength in the 5-foot-10, 165-pound frame. Utilizes a toe-tap load with good rhythm throughout the swing and good ability to stay balanced. Controlled hands stand out with fluidity through the zone and strong feel to change barrel plane in-zone. The RHH boasts present above-average speed and brings a high-floor profile to the top of the order as he will be a pivotal piece to the Lions success.

Defense: Moves well side to side. good glove.

Hits: RHH. Narrow base, slightly open setup. Nice fluidity throughout well sequenced swing. Good feel for separation timing and stays balanced start to finish. Short to, long thru path that adjusts well to different pitch locations.
Power: 84 max exit velocity, averaged 71.3 MPH. 291' max distance. Line drives with back spin to all fields.
Arm: RH. INF-72 mph.OF-73 mph. Short arm action, OH slot.
Defense: Solid footwork, hands.
