Uncommitted. Primm had a big weekend, hitting the baseball all over the field. He has a really good feel for the strike zone and looks to do damage early in the count. A tough out at the top of the order for Jefferson, he rarely swings through anything in the zone and does a good job of not chasing. He’s a good runner with speed that plays in-game and takes very good routes to the baseball in CF. Athletic mover with loose actions and body control on both sides of the ball. Athletic in the box with good bat speed through the zone. He hit two balls over 95 MPH on Saturday — one backside and one to the pull side. Shows the ability to hit the ball gap to gap with sneaky juice in the bat. Expect Primm to keep producing for Jefferson throughout the year.
