6-foot, 145-pound proportional athletic frame. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 87 mph. Started in a tall open stance with a smooth load, then used a toe tap stride. Has explosive bat speed, simple level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Gap to gap approach. From the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 87 mph; had a natural exchange, and rhythmic footwork. Shows to the side glove work. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. On the mound, used a consistent arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing quick arm speed. Used easy effort in his delivery. Athletic balance point. Produced a fastball that came in at 81-85 mph and topped out at 86 mph; showed running action and arm side control. (Max spin 2244; Avg 2153). Had late action and very consistent command on his 11/5 curveball (73-74). (Max spin ; Avg ). Has control low in the zone and gradual action on his changeup (75-76). His sharp slider had glove side control. (Max spin 1976; Avg 1966).

He found multiple barrels with some loud contact. Line drive approach. From the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 79 mph. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.81. On the mound, sat with his fastball at 76-77 mph with a max of 77 mph. Curveball (64-66 mph).

At the plate, he showed a very solid set up and did a nice job of getting his weight back to begin the swing. Showed some nice top hand strength and the barrel stayed through the hitting zone a long time creating some juice. Really like the set up and fundamentals in the swing. Was very slightly open and used a toe tap approach to create power. Did a nice job from the OF and showed athleticism with the transfer and resetting of the feet. His throws stayed on line and he worked through his throws. Nice lateral movement on the IF with solid glove presentation. Nice feet and loved the action on the backhand play. Very solid young player.
