Uncommitted. Pitchability was on full display with feel for the deep four pitch mix as he pounded the zone with strikes at will. Good projection remaining in the wiry 6-foot-1, 165-pound frame. Struck out 7 across 4.0 IP. Fastball lived 79-82 with command throughout and consistently painted the outer half to righties. Sinker landed down in the zone with some heaviness at 80-82. Created 12/6 depth on the curveball at 64-65 with whiffs in-the-zone. Changeup mixed in at 74 as well. Dempsey would also come through with a knock at the plate. Stays extremely simple with balance through the zone in a compact, direct path. The junior looks poised to provide immense two-way value for Coach Radcliff and staff this season.
