Worthan is a physical looking kid at 5-foot-11 180-pounds. In the box he uses a straight away set-up, high hands and a upright stance to create bat-speed and leverage. He produced good bat-speed at the event, posting a 89 mph exit velocity. Defensively the firstbaseman showed solid actions around the bag and is athletic enough to play a corner outfield spot if needed. On the mound Worthan uses a sidearm to low-3/4 slot and is inconsistent with his release point, causing him to struggle at times with command. He shows arm-strength with his fastball up to 82 mph and will flash good hand side life that is complimented by a slider at 66 mph. He is still very raw on the mound and needs innings to refine his abilities.

At 5-foot-11 180-pounds Worthan shows good strength and leverage in his actions. In the box he uses a straight away set-up, high hands and a upright stance to create bat-speed and leverage. He displayed over the fence type pull side power and showed a 90 mph exit velocity. Defensively Worthan has active feet and playable hands at firstbase, but can at times play a little more upright than you would like. Worthan uses a longer arm action from the outfield and shows solid arm strength turning in a 83 mph outfield velocity.
