Uncommitted. McLaughlin found his groove at the plate in game 2 of the double header. He is an athletic, left handed hitting outfielder with tons of room for growth. The athleticism shines throughout his game, making tough plays all over the outfield. He sets up slightly open at the plate, and has a flat bat path keeping the barrel in the zone through contact. McLaughlin will be a good follow into the summer as a top uncommitted outfielder in the 2025 class.
