Uncommitted. Luke really impressed out of the TL10 16u team. Really athletic player leading off both innings with 90+ EV hits up the middle. Gets good separation and has fast hands that can get to the FB. Projectable frame that should continue to get better as he matures. Luke is also strong on the mound running his FB up 87. Good follow this summer.
5/11/24
Uncommitted. Luke has had a strong sophomore season for Rockmart making a run to the Class 2A Final 4 and picking up Co-offensive Region player of the year with a strong year on the mound as well. Luke pitched in Game 2 of the Final and threw well going 7 innings and holding the strong North Cobb Christian lineup to low production in game 2. Luke showed a FB up to 84 and has been seen up to 86 this year. He had good feel for all pitches keeping hitters off balance with the FB and CB mix while mixing in CH as well. Luke will be a good name to follow throughout the summer.
3/12/24
Uncommitted. Luke Had a strong outing Monday night against Cass. Luke went 4 strong innings and was in control throughout his outing. He displayed a FB up to 86 and settled in at 83-85 with good action to the armside. Luke showed a CH that played well off of the FB with good action away from RHH. Trey added a CB he mixed in occasionally off of the primary FB CH combo and added another pitch for hitters to think about at the plate. The young Southpaw will be a good name to follow in the 2026 class.
