10/22/15 - Lean, athletic frame at 6-foot-5, 205 pounds. He has an easy arm stroke through a high-3/4 release with little effort and in-line direction. He pounded the strike zone through five innings, throwing 41 of 56 pitches for strikes. His fastball sat 88-92 with solid sink and life. His velocity dropped to 87-89 in the third inning. He showed solid feel for a slider with depth, tight spin and sharp break at 81-82. He also flashed a solid changeup with fastball arm speed and late fade at 81. He attacked hitters all night and worked with outstanding tempo. He allowed just two hits in five innings while striking out three.

3-20-2018: Made a brief appearance on Friday night facing three batters while showing a 93 mph fastball and an 82-83 mph slider. He has been dominant in relief with high efficiency. Seventy-one percent of his total pitches so far this season were either a called or swinging strike, a foul ball, or were put into play. (Seifert)
