Corner outfielder, big delivery with long arm action, high arm slot. Max effort and tempo to throw, works well through the baseball, exchange clean and quick. Carry on the baseball, accurate to base.
2/26/17: The 6-foot-1, 170 pound right-handed pitcher is filled in for age. Thick legs, gets good downhill plane. Overtop arm action with some arm speed. Clean rhythm, low leg lift. Over rotates on front leg. Fastball sat 77-79, touching 80. Curveball has up-and-down movement with gradual break at 60-64. Will need refined to be an out pitch. Change-up has some fade to his arm side. Offensively, hits from a balanced setup with long hand load. Bat path gets around the ball with average bat speed. Partial use of backside. Top exit velocity of 82. Defensively, plays with flat footwork and a long transfer. Throws topped at 72 across the infield with a long arm action.
