8/8/15 - 5-foot-9, 165-pound left-handed hitter recorded personal best exit velocity off the tee at 83 mph. Hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, line drive type hitter with good balance, uses all fields well, consistently found the barrel in BP, ran 4.53 down the line, went 0-for-5 in game play. Shows soft hands defensively, quick exchange with high-3/4 release, accurate arm, 78 mph velocity across the infield, good lateral movement.

6/16/15 - 5-foot-9, 165-pounds, left-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, good balance, line drive type hitter with gap to gap approach, registered 79 mph exit velocity, showed significantly better speed with a 4.48 home to first time, went 0-for-5 in game play with a mid to opposite field approach. Soft hands with above average lateral movement, quick exchange and release with high-3/4 slot, increase in arm strength at 78 mph across the infield, accurate throws.

2/14/15 - 5-foot-9, 163-pound prospect has added 10+ pounds to frame since last summer, left-handed hitter has made some adjustments allowing for better balance and more compact swing, balanced stance, short stride, good balance, line drive type hitter who shows good ability to use all fields, ran 7.53 60-yard dash, personal best 81 mph exit velocity. Defensively, shows average hands, gets rid of the ball quickly with short arm action, high-3/4 release, showed slight increase in arm strength at 73 mph across the infield, accurate throws.

7/23/14 - Slone is a 5-foot-8, 150-pound prospect who ran a 7.50 60-yard dash and registered a 74 mph exit velocity off the tee (78 at previous event), hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, line drive type hitter who shows the ability to use all fields.  Defensively, he shows playable hands and gets rid of the baseball with short arm action, showed an increase in velocity across the infield at 72 mph (69 at previous event).  Slone went 1-for-4 in game action with a single to left-center.

6/17/14 - 5-foot-9, 150-pound prospect, shows capable hands defensively, good lateral movement to both sides, has a quick exchange and gets rid of the ball with short arm action through a high ¾ slot, arm strength at 69 mph across the infield.  At the plate, hits from a balanced and wide setup with a leg kick trigger and minimal stride, hands start high and trigger from shoulder level, line drive type hitter shows the ability to use all fields, ran 4.78 down the first base line, 78 mph tee exit velocity, went 2-for-6 in game play with two singles and a stolen base, present size and arm strength projects as second baseman, will benefit from added strength to frame.
