6-foot-1 145-pound LHP with an extremely loose arm, gets long with some wrap on the backside, works through a high-3/4 slot occasionally dropping down to ¾ especially on the curveball, fastball has effective arm-side run, curveball showed more 1/7 action on this occasion, allowed two hits and walked two in two innings of work. Brunstetter showed a slight jump in velocity from just a month ago and projects for more. He is a 2019 LHP to keep an eye on.
6-foot-1, 145-pound LHP with slender frame, long arm action works through a high-3/4 slot with minimal effort, fastball shows good arm-side run, curveball shows gradual sweeping action with 2/8 shape, changeup served as an effective change of speeds, consistently throws strikes, allowed one hit and struck out two (both swinging on FB) in his two innings of work.
