6/11/13 - 6-foot-3, 190-pound prospect with long build and projectability, uses medium arm action through high ¾ arm slot, fastball sat 85-86 mph with good arm side run, curveball showed late bite and 11/5 action at 73-75 mph, changeup is thrown with good arm action and shows some arm side run and sink at 76-78 mph.  Dunn’s fastball touched 87 mph at previous event, and he is certainly in the conversation as one of the top arms in the 2014 class.

2/18/13 - Dunn has an athletic 6-foot-2, 185-pound frame with long limbs.  He uses medium arm action and a quick arm through a ¾ to high ¾ slot to produce an 85-86 mph fastball with good arm side run that touched 87.  His curveball was sharp and 11/5 action with good bite and depth and sat 68-71 mph.  His changeup sat 76-77 mph with some arm side run.  Dunn is an interesting prospect on the mound to follow with some projectability and has the potential to be a high-level pitching prospect in the 2014 class.  As a position player, shows good arm strength across the field at 80 mph, needs to improve hands and footwork.  At the plate, has a tall narrow stance at the plate with a short stride.  His hands drop as he loads, gets some lower half involved in swing.  Could get more weight transfer into the ball with better lower half torque, uses a stiff front side, registered 86 mph tee exit velocity, ran 7.19 60 yard dash.
7/27/12 - Good, lanky body with live arm. Moderate to quick arm from 3/4 to low 3/4 arm slot. Gets extensions. Needs to improve lower half finish. Fastball shows life in zone, ranging 83-86 mph. Shows feel for off speed; curveball displays some tilt (67-68 mph) and changeup is thrown with good arm action (73-74 mph). Defenisvely, shows good infield skills with solid arm strength (80 mph). Swing is tad long on a flat plane. Shows rotational mechanics. Overall, strong prospect with some power in his bat.
