Stevens, at 6-foot-1, 165 pounds offers plenty of upside with a projectable frame with long levers. He works through a high-3/4 slot with a loose/whippy arm action. Showed an uptick in velocity from the summer with a fastball that worked 86-88 T89, mostly straight. Shows the ability to use a sharp/late breaking curveball at 73-75 mph. Has feel for a high-70's changeup thrown with good arm action. Breaking ball may develop into a harder slider at the next level. Stevens has offers on the table but remains uncommitted at present.
