Hit: (LHH) Advanced projectable. Started in an athletic open stance with a smooth load, then used a toe tap stride. Explosive developing bat speed. Good extension on his finish, loose uphill swing. Aggressive gap to gap approach.
Power: 87 mph exit velocity, average 77.76 mph. 70.21 mph bat speed average. 21.79 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (IF) Soft hands, rhythmic footwork, packing exchange. Projectable. (OF) Sure hands, athletic footwork, clean exchange. Advanced. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic developing.
Arm: 81 mph infield velocity. 87 mph outfield velocity. Very quick arm action, ¾ slot.
The athletic 6-foot-3, 195 pound lefty committed to Kentucky following the PBR Future Games . We have seen his fastball up to 86 from a loose, ¾ slot that produces good arm-side run to go along with a sharp breaking ball.
