9/23/17 - Max FB: 85, FB: 82-84, CB: 68-71, CH: 74-76
6-foot-1, 185-pound RHP with strong/athletic frame. Clean arm action, over the top slot produces some tilt on fastball, really pounds the zone with three pitches, showed most velocity to date topping at 85, curveball continues to get harder and has solid 12/6 action, changeup has progressed as well and keeps down in the zone. Fisher is in the conversation as one of the top uncommitted senior arms on the board.

6-foot-1, 175-pound RHP showed similar velocity from February event, arm action is long and clean and works through an over the top slot that produces some downward tilt on fastball, shows some quickness in the arm, shows feel for the curveball with 12/6 break and some depth, changeup is a solid pitch thrown with good arm speed. Fisher worked two innings allowing two hits and a hit batter while recording two strikeouts (both swinging).

2/13/16 - Max FB: 82, FB: 79-81, CB: 65-68, CH: 70-73
6-foot, 175-pound RHP uses long arm action and works through an over the top arm slot with regular effort, good rhythm and tempo in delivery, shows above average velocity for age, fastball has good tilt at the bottom of the strike zone, shows good feel for curveball with solid 12/6 action and depth, also shows feel for changeup thrown with good arm action and velocity difference off fastball. Fisher is certainly a 2018 prospect to keep an eye on for velocity gains.
